We don't just work as a recruitment company however. Xcceler8 is just one arm of our recruiting mission, and as part of our work, we've created the Outcome For Education charity.

The goal of this charity is to give brilliant, but under-privilaged students access to high level training, education and employment.

As part of that goal, Xcceler8 will augment it's already existing recruitment pool with graduates trained with the OFE program.

Each graduate will already have years of experience working to an industry standard, and be trained in the most current, cutting edge practices and techniques, preparing them to integrate seamlessly into any organisation.

This creates a reliable, self-sustaining and ethical non-profit model, allowing us to source highly qualified teams, taught by employers, for employers.
